Need

Design and build a cutting-edge backbone network infrastructure for delivering Internet, mobile access and connecting 6,000+ gram panchayats across the state under Digital India initiative

Solution

• Delivered our consulting services to design and architect the core network for all the planned digital initiatives for the state
• A robust, state-of-the-art, highly redundant and scalable design based on Data Center Fabric networking and IP-MPLS for the State Wide Area Network (SWAN) using Cisco Nexus platform
• Enabled the state to execute various digital projects including IoT enabled initiatives in the future

Outcome

Based on this deployed infrastructure, the state will implement below projects under Digital India Initiative

• Bharat Net – A high-speed digital highway that will connect all 6,000+ gram panchayats of the state. This is one of the country’s largest rural broadband project using optical fiber
• Strengthening Internet and mobile services across remote places in the state
